Shipping & Returns
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
All orders will be shipped with tracking . The tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. You can track your packages at www.usps.com.
We sell quality products at reasonable prices and strive to give our customers 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return for store credit, please include your name, order number and reason for return.

No monetary refunds will be issued, store credit only in the form of a gift card minus initial shipping charge. Gift cards will be emailed and expire 1 year from the date return is processed.
- All returns must be received in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please include original receipt in your shipment. All returns MUST have the original tags attached to be accepted.
- For defective item claims: contact us within 48 hrs of delivery date.
- Any item that does not fit can be returned, at your expense, for store credit. Items that end in $0.99 or more than 45% off are not eligible for return. Individual return privileges may be revoked if returns are found to be excessive.
- Items CANNOT be worn, washed, damaged, or altered. Items must be odorless (no smoke/ body odor/ perfume/animal hair/scent) and stain free with original tags attached.
- Tights/ leggings/ socks/ bathing suits/ jewelry/scarves/ belts/hair accessories or SALE items from the website will NOT be accepted as a return. All sales of these items are FINAL.
- Shoe returns: Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer to avoid damage from shipping. Damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted.
- Items must arrive with all additional packaging (shoe boxes, or shoe bags). No tape or writing on additional packaging.
- We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
- If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund as store credit for the original item will be issued depending on the postmarked date of the returned item (excludes Final Sale items).
- LIVE SALE returns must be returned within 7 days of the sale with tags attached. Store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued within 2 weeks of the return. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
- All items are inspected according to the condition in which they were shipped. We reserve the right to refuse returns or make partial returns of an item based on its condition.
- We do not offer free returns at this time. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
- Items purchased online cannot be returned to store location or any event booth. Online purchases must be returned through the website. Please send returns to:
